Thompson Creek Farm
Ruskin, British Columbia, Canada
Thompson Creek Farm is in the small community of Ruskin, British Columbia, nestled between Iron Mountain and the western bank of the Stave River, thirteen kilometres northwest of Mission.
Home to free-range chickens, geese, ducks, a cat, and two dogs, the farm takes its name from Thompson Creek, a tributary of the Stave River that runs through the farm.
The creek is an active salmon bearing stream in which coho have recently been spawning again after an absence of many years.
Thompson Creek Farm is a popular local producer of free-range eggs, sold through the farm gate.
